LiveProof
AI-Powered Visual Verification
What you see
is what you get.
LiveProof certifies that a listing photo honestly matches the real item — verified by AI, before anyone buys.
Start Certifying
What it solves
A photo can flatter.
A live shot can't.
Listing photos shot in a lightbox, under a ring light, or with heavy editing can look very different from the real item.
LiveProof shoots a second photo — same device, natural daylight, right now — and our AI engine measures Delta-E color distance and analyzes sensor metadata in real-time to verify they honestly match.
Keep every photo that helps you sell — lightbox, ring light, any enhancement you like. Just add one LiveProof shot so buyers know exactly what they'll find when the package arrives.
How it works
Two photos.
One truth.
01
Shoot the listing photo
In-app camera, a cryptographic session code embedded in frame. No uploads, no substitutions possible.
02
Shoot the live reference
Same device, immediately after. The AI verifies that lighting conditions do not significantly alter the item's true appearance — no lightboxes, ring lights, or studio setups.
03
Get certified
The AI engine measures Delta-E color distance, cross-references sensor metadata, and checks for artificial enhancement — then issues a verified score, a QR code, and a permanent verifiable ID.
What LiveProof certifies
✓ It verifies
- The listing photo was not digitally filtered
- Lighting does not inflate color or saturation
- The same item appears in both photos
- No studio manipulation was detected
✗ It does not verify
- The item's authenticity or grading
- That the item will be shipped
- Physical condition or defects
- That the item matches its description
LiveProof certifies photo honesty — that what you see in the listing is what you will see when the package arrives. The Buyer Verified badge adds a second layer: confirmation from the actual buyer that the item matched the certified photo.
What AI checks
Four checks.
One honest verdict.
✓
Color match
Delta-E distance between listing and live reference — flags any significant color deviation.
✓
Artificial enhancement
Detects saturation boosting, filters, presets, or post-processing that misrepresent the item's true appearance.
✓
Lighting conditions
Identifies studio setups, lightboxes, and ring lights that would make the item look significantly different from how the buyer will see it.
✓
Consistency
Verifies that listing and live shot show the same item under comparable conditions — no swaps, no substitutions.
The Difference
This used to happen.
Not anymore.
Without LiveProof, buyers had no way to know. With LiveProof, two live photos are captured and compared — and the certificate only issues when they match.
